Did you ever see our old website? We updated to the one you see now in early 2025 (and won an award for it, too).
Whether you saw the old one or not, let me tell you: our site had sooo many renovation resources that it was looking more like a home remodel library than a remodeler’s website. It was pretty much a catalog of worksheets, quizzes, reports, checklists, planning tools, and magazines.
And you know what happened?
Almost nobody used them!
So, I talked to our Marketing Director, and we did what any reasonable team would do: we dramatically reduced the collection, keeping only the resources we felt you unquestionably need.
And then, do you know what happened?
Almost nobody uses those either!!

At this point, I can only conclude that y’all secretly enjoy making major home decisions WITHOUT insider information.
If I’m wrong (and I hope I am), here’s the list of resources we have refused to remove because we genuinely know they’re useful…and sometimes, surprisingly fun!!
Cost vs. Value Report (With Bonus Worksheets)
Want to see which projects deliver the most value in today’s market? In the local area, including Fort Worth, Keller, Southlake, etc.?
Right here on the website, we provide access to Remodeling Magazine’s annual Cost vs. Value Report, PLUS our own worksheets so you can apply the data you see to your home in practical terms.
Most people never look at this report…But the people who do end up making much smarter decisions.

Bathroom Remodeling Cost Infographic
What does a bathroom remodel actually cost right now? Like, for real? Not according to your cousin’s neighbor who remodeled before the pandemic, and not according to your favorite know-it-all friend.
Our bathroom remodel cost infographic uses data from the past 12 months and shows you what folks are investing to renovate bathrooms of all sizes, right now.

Kitchen Remodeling Cost Infographic
Kitchen budgets can vary big time, too. Our quick (and pretty!) infographic helps you understand the real-world ranges and why two kitchens that look similar in photos can have dramatically different price tags…

The Signature Renovation Planner
This might be the most valuable resource on the Signature Home Services website.
…It’s our detailed 20+ page remodel planning guide that walks you room by room through your home, prompting you to identify frustrations, opportunities, and wish-list items. It includes assessments and exercises so you can stop guessing and start planning!!

Signature Home Style Magazine
Every quarter, I write a new issue of my magazine, filled with design ideas, remodeling insights, product discoveries, trends worth watching, and occasionally a few strong opinions!!
If you’ve ever wished you could sit down with a designer and ask, “What should I know right now? In today’s markets? With today’s trends? As it relates to my home?” this is the closest thing to scheduling a live call.

Which Home Update Is Right for Me?
Here’s a little something you’ll be surprised to read from an interior designer and owner of a remodeling firm:
Not every homeowner needs a remodel.
Sometimes a “refresh,” or a furniture update, or better lighting, or improved storage, or a series of small home improvement fixes can solve the problem. Whatever your problem is!
Not sure what your problem is? This quiz answer that in just a couple minutes!!
Gallery Wall Quiz
Gallery walls look effortless. They aren’t!
This unique quiz determines which gallery wall layout works best for a specific wall in your home. That way, you can stop moving frames around for hours and questioning all your life choices!!
Is an Open Floor Plan Really Right for You?
Open floor plans are incredibly popular! …They’re also not for everyone. This quiz looks beyond trends and determines whether opening spaces will actually improve your daily life, or create new frustrations you didn’t see coming.
Statement Piece Placement Tool
Have you ever purchased a beautiful piece of furniture, artwork, or décor and then realized you had absolutely no idea where it should go?!
This interactive tool helps you determine where a statement piece belongs, how it should be positioned, and how to make it feel intentional (and garner all the attention it deserves)!!
Countertop Material Quiz
Quartz? Quartzite? Marble? Granite? Porcelain? (Maybe a counter surface with an invisible induction cooker?) Every countertop material has strengths (literally), weaknesses (also literally), maintenance requirements, and personality traits.
This quiz narrows the field and uncovers which countertop selection best fits your bathroom or kitchen (or both).
What Kind of Interior Design Client Are You?
Think you’ll be surprised? Or do you know yourself well enough already? This quiz will tell you once and for all.
Specifically, as an interior design client, do you think you’d be decisive? Collaborative? Research-driven? Visionary? Detail-focused?!
The results reveal things people did not previously realize about their decision-making style…and the results also make future design projects go significantly smoother!!
What Kind of Tub Is Right for You?
Some tubs are built for soaking, some are built for aesthetics. And some are built for longer or shorter people, or those who love bubbles, or those who love laying in the tub with an open book.
This quiz quickly determines which type of tub actually belongs in your home.
The Final Resource People Have Missed…
Here’s one final resource that surprisingly few people knew to take advantage of: now, as of this year, you can officially schedule a 15-minute video conference with me! Just a one-on-one conversation to get a professional opinion or discuss an idea you’ve been considering.
After all, if we’re going to keep creating remodel and interior design resources, the insights and conclusions they provide ought to be put to good use!
